Inspections with Shropshire Council

In the coming year, we’ll be conducting surveys throughout Shropshire, an important step made possible by our accreditation from Trustmark, a government-endorsed scheme that acknowledges our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Our experience in surveying is, equipped with the latest tools and methods to conduct thorough inspections. Using tools such as thermal imaging cameras, calcium carbide tests for moisture, and salts analysis, we can accurately diagnose and address any issues that may compromise a home’s warmth and energy efficiency. Furthermore, we check that extraction fans meet the required flow rates, among other crucial assessments, to ensure optimal living conditions.

This initiative is more than just a project for us; it’s an opportunity to make a real difference in the Shropshire community by enhancing the living conditions of many.
